Employer Engagement

Achieve North West Connect (ANWC) are working with a growing number of businesses in the region. We help them with their recruitment needs by providing hardworking individuals who are seeking a second chance to prove themselves. 

We offer prepared and skilled candidates to companies based in the North-West of England, at no cost to the employer.

Employers are being supported to deliver their corporate social responsibility policies and create safer stronger communities.

Our experienced teams work alongside ex-offenders to offer a bespoke package of support to help prepare them for the world of work, focusing on employer needs. This is maintained through our coaching services, ensuring everyone shows their potential at the interview stage.

We provide support and funding to upskill our participants, assisting them to gain accredited qualifications. Certificates such as CSCS, FLT, and Food Hygiene have all been supported by ANWC.

We help link candidates with local and national organisations, offering support to ensure a seamless transition into the workplace.

Our goal is to assist organisations in removing the barriers often experienced by ex-offenders along their journey to sustainable employment.
